Gimbal Calibration

SIYI gimbals can present drift on the axis or high temperatures that are not desired. To avoid this issue calibrate the gimbal using SIYI Assistent.

Calibration Steps

  1. Turn on the camera
  2. Connect the camera to the computer using the USB-C cable
  3. Open the SIYI Assistent
  4. Go to Gimbal Cali tab
  5. Start IMU Calibration->Check
  6. Start IMU Calibration-> IMU calibrate
  7. Start ACC Calibration-> ACC Calibrate
  8. Press next till all the positions get the blue check icon. For reference on how to do it, use (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rdkArBhZ71A). DO NOT TRY TO HOLD IT IN YOUR HAND, the calibration will fail, leave it on the table as static as possible, it doesn't matter if the camera is tilted.
