ELRS 868

For Radiomaster RC:

In short, you need:

  • OpenTX 2.3.12 on your RC
  • disable ADC Filter in HARDWARE tab
  • Go to MODEL SETUP and set Internal RF to OFF
  • Set External RF to CRSF
  • Put this script on the SD CARD into SCRIPTS/TOOLS elrsV3.lua
  • You can delete the V2 lua script from the Card
  • On your Radiomaster TX16S, press SYS and run the ExpressLRS script - here you can configure the TX, with things like TX power, firmware update etc.

Updating TX firmware:

  • Get ExpressLRS configurator - https://github.com/ExpressLRS/ExpressLRS-Configurator/releases
  • On your Radiomaster TX16S, press SYS and run the ExpressLRS script
  • go to WiFI Connectivity and set "Enable WiFi", you should see WiFi Running after confirming
  • Now with your Computer, connect to the WiFi network called ExpressLRS TX. Connect to this network, the password is "expresslrs"
  • Run ExpressLRS configurator, select your Target in Device category and Device
  • Select Flashing mode - WiFi, select Regulatory domain - EU_868
  • Uncheck BINDING_PHRASE
  • Click on Build and Flash
